Chai powder Masala is one of the new additions to the collection.
1. Measure out 1 to 2 teaspoons of Chai Tea powder (approx. 2.5g) for a 250 ml cup.
2. Add about 180 ml of filtered water to the pot. You can also adjust the amount of water to suit the strength of tea you prefer.
3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently to dissolve the tea powder.
4. Once the mixture begins to simmer, add about 60 ml of milk (or a vegan alternative) for a creamy texture and mild flavor.
5. Continue heating the mixture, taking care not to let it boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
6. Use a strainer to filter the infusion into a cup, retaining any residual tea powder.
7. Your Chai Tea powder is ready to enjoy! Enjoy its spicy, comforting aroma.
